Every journey begins with a single step. For me, Nauman Aslam Dar, the founder of Dar Paralegal Services, that step was taken years ago when I left my home to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom.

Living in the UK for seven years, I studied at Middlesex University while working at a local at coffee shop. Balancing work and studies taught me the value of resilience, hard work, and connecting with people from all walks of life. It was a humbling experience that helped me understand the struggles and triumphs of everyday individuals—something that deeply resonates with the work I do today as a paralegal.

In 2007, I moved to Canada, eager to explore new opportunities and challenges. Over the years, I worked in various roles, gaining experience in fields like banking, dispute resolution, legal collections, technology, legal vendor management and debt recovery. Whether managing a $35 million debt portfolio or crafting demand letters that secured clients’ rights, I became known for my problem-solving skills and innovative approach.

But my heart was always drawn toward advocacy—standing up for those who needed a voice. That’s what led me to pursue the Paralegal Studies program at Mohawk College, where I graduated with distinction. Today, as a licensed paralegal in Ontario, I bring a lifetime of diverse experience to every case I handle.

At Dar Paralegal Services, I focus on helping clients navigate Small Claims Court matters and traffic ticket violations. My passion lies in solving complex problems, fighting for clients’ rights, and finding affordable, practical, effective solutions. I’ve walked in the shoes of people from all backgrounds, and that understanding drives my commitment to deliver personalized legal support.
